Our client, a company that plays a critical role in construction and infrastructure projects for both public and private sectors - across the country and globally. This company creates products such as:

- Noise barriers
- Highway barriers
- Parking structures
- Bridge materials
- Precast concrete steps
- And much more!

This position is a 40-hour per week position. The company awards weekly bonuses added to your pay for perfect attendance!

Duties:

- Clean, set up, and strip molds
- Place and secure rebar or mesh according to drawings or instructions
- Place, level, rake, and screed concrete in molds
- Complete finishing tasks such as troweling and edging
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Operate overhead cranes for stripping products and pouring concrete
- Perform lockouts and secure handling of equipment and materials

Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 25-50 lbs regularly




- Basic math and measurement skills and able to read and follow work instructions and basic shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and focus on producing quality work
