What you’ll do Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.

Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the financial technology sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.




Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience in financial services or technology is highly desirable.
