Manager, Real Estate Transactions at Broccolini. About the role Broccolini is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Real Estate Transactions to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, disposition, and management of real estate assets. What you'll do Lead and manage the end-to-end process of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities.
Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and assess their viability.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of transactions and compliance with company policies.
Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company while maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining transaction opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that may impact real estate transactions, adjusting strategies as necessary to mitigate risks.




Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to enhance the company's network and identify new opportunities.
Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring thorough evaluation of properties and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Assist in the development of long-term real estate strategies that align with Broccolini's overall business objectives.
Participate in industry conferences and networking events to represent Broccolini and stay informed about market developments.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all transactions, maintaining a comprehensive database of real estate activities.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional designation is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate transactions, with a strong focus on acquisitions and dispositions.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate deals from inception to completion.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends effectively.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills,



with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with experience using relevant software tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Nice to have Experience in commercial real estate, particularly in the development and leasing sectors.
Knowledge of property management and operational aspects of real estate.
Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building initiatives in real estate.
Professional certifications such as CCIM, SIOR, or equivalent are advantageous.
Skills & tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and real estate software tools (e.g., Argus, CoStar).
Strong understanding of financial analysis and modeling techniques.
Ability to utilize project management software to track progress and manage timelines effectively.
Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) and mapping tools for site analysis.
Practical notes This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and may require occasional travel for site visits and meetings.
The role may involve working outside of standard business hours to accommodate negotiations and deadlines.
Candidates must possess valid work authorization in Canada.
