What you’ll do Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and identify areas for improvement through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing financial systems and workflows to develop tailored transformation strategies.
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Business Central solutions, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each client.
Provide training and support to client teams on the effective use of Business Central, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.




Analyze financial data and reporting requirements to ensure that the Business Central implementation supports accurate and timely financial reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with finance transformation projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance transformation and Microsoft Dynamics 365, sharing insights with clients and team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to ensure seamless integration of Business Central with other business systems.
Document project progress, challenges, and solutions, providing regular updates to management and clients.
Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of the transformation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials and case studies that showcase Enfinite's expertise in finance transformation.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance transformation or financial consulting, with a focus on ERP systems.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP solutions.
Solid understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.




Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to client sites for project engagements.
Nice to have Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics products, such as NAV or AX.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analytics.
Previous experience in a consulting environment, particularly in finance transformation projects.
Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
Skills & tools Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related ERP systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Practical notes This position is based in Calgary, Alberta, and may require occasional travel to client locations.
Candidates must have valid work authorization in Canada.
