What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications that meet the needs of our clients and users.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and facilitate continuous integration and deployment.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software development processes.
Assist in the development of technical documentation for software applications and systems.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
Engage in Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
and retrospectives to ensure project alignment and progress.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on software features to enhance user experience.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced tech company.
Understanding of security best practices in software development.
