Senior Scaled Customer Activation Manager, Canada at ramp. About the role In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for activating and expanding Ramp's self-service customer segment. Your efforts will contribute to the establishment of the international customer success team and help shape the processes for scaled customer onboarding. The primary objective is to unlock the full potential of self-service accounts, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

What you'll do Develop a comprehensive understanding of all integration and configuration options available within Ramp's product suite to facilitate efficient onboarding of new customers at scale.
Personally manage micro-SMB and SMB accounts, ensuring that they complete the onboarding process within a 60-day timeframe and with no more than two calls.
Effectively prioritize and juggle multiple tasks related to customer implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work closely with the Product team to relay customer feedback and highlight pain points that need addressing.
Identify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance the onboarding process, allowing for a greater number of clients to be served efficiently.
Play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the onboarding journey.
Embrace growth and development opportunities within a dynamic startup environment, adapting to the fast-paced nature of the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for customer success initiatives.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform future strategies and improve customer experiences.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Ramp remains a leader in customer activation strategies.
Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to aid in the onboarding of new customers and team members.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations within a B2B environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
A proactive attitude towards ownership of responsibilities and a desire for career advancement.
Proven track record of achieving key performance indicators on a weekly or monthly basis.
Experience managing a substantial portfolio of over 100 customers simultaneously.
Ability to anticipate customer needs and suggest suitable product solutions to enhance their experience.
Nice to have Familiarity with accounting software such as Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage, or a background in accounting (CPA).
Previous experience in sales within the financial services sector.
Background in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
