What you'll do Direct the user experience design for our diverse range of homeware and retail brands.
Enhance the overall digital shopping journey, focusing on scalability and user satisfaction.
Establish design standards and guide UX strategies as we develop our digital platforms and composable roadmap.
Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX or Product Design.




Proven background in e-commerce, retail, or digital products in a commercial setting.
Ability to manage the design process from research and insights to a refined user interface.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Nice to have Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement user-centered design solutions.
Skills & tools Proficiency in design software and tools commonly used in UX design.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
