The Peace River School Division is seeking applications for a Full-Time (1.00 f.t.e.) Temporary Grade 4Teacher at E. E. Oliver ElementarySchool . This position will commence on January 4, 2027 and continuing until June 29, 2027.

E. E. Qualifications

Experience and/or training working in elementary grades

Experience and/or training in structured literacy and reading science

Understanding of Response to Intervention approach to learning

Strong classroom management and organization skills

Experience and/or training with managing IEP’s and individual programming

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team workplace

Assets

Training in Structured Literacy and Reading Science is considered an asset

Requirements

Must hold or be eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate

Provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check, dated within six (6) months of your application.

This teaching position falls under the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers' Association and the Peace River School Division.

Annual Salary Range: $ 66,520 to $ 112,451 (dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers’ Association and the Peace River School Division).
