This full-time position requires management of project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, along with ensuring adherence to ministry policies. Candidates should possess extensive experience in large-scale capital infrastructure management, making timely delivery a priority.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all project phases from planning to handover
• Oversee design processes with internal and external stakeholders




• Control project expenditures and monitor budgets
• Administer contracts and assist in procurement
• Conduct site inspections to ensure project compliance

Requirements:
• Four-year degree in engineering or science
• Minimum four years managing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Proficiency in project management software
