Whatyou’lldo
Assess loan applicationsby completingfinancial and credit analysis, preparingdocumentationandmakinglending decisionswithindelegated authorities
Helpcustomersandpartners(byphoneoremail) understandtheiroptions, solveissuesandaccess the rightfinancialsolutions
SupportAlliance partnersbyadjudicatingcredit applicationsandtroubleshooting lending‑relatedconcerns
Executeoutboundactivities, including arrearscollectionandproactivefollow‑ups
Document allinteractionsaccurately inFCC systems
Contribute to teamprojectsand continuous improvementinitiativesacrosstheCustomer ServiceCentre

Whatyou’llbring to the team
Requiredqualifications:

Adiploma or degreein agriculture, business, finance,economicsor commerce
At least oneyearof relevant experience, ideally in a financial institution or lending setting (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strongfinancial acumenand the ability to analyze credit risk
Exceptionalcustomer service skills, especially in phone‑based interactions
Ability tomultitask, prioritizeand stay focusedin a fast‑moving environment




Proficiencywithcomputer systems, financial toolsand learningnew technologies

Preferredqualifications:

Experience in agricultural lending or farm financial analysis
Familiarity with lending legislation, loansecurityor mortgage processes
Knowledge of FCC products, Allianceprogramsor credit adjudication
Previouswork in a callcentreor high‑volume customer environment
Strong comfort navigating difficult conversations (collections, declines)
