What you'll do Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of 401auto's product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Identify and target potential clients through market research and outreach efforts, utilizing various channels such as social media, email, and networking events.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.




Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends to help shape future product offerings.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent 401auto and network with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge continuously.
Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage leads and customer interactions effectively.




Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
Nice to have Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with automotive technology solutions.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance sales efforts.
Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess sales performance and customer behavior.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French or another language is a plus.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Skills & tools Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms for business development and lead generation.
Ability to utilize presentation software to create engaging sales presentations.
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations is beneficial.
Practical notes This position is based in Kitchener, Ontario, and may require occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.
Candidates must possess valid work authorization in Canada.
The salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
