About the role We are looking for multiple Senior Associates to join our Canada New Verticals Strategy & Operations team. One position will concentrate on enhancing our partnerships with Dashers and improving their operational efficiencies, while the other will focus on refining our platform's quality to boost consumer spending. Both roles will require a deep understanding of marketplace data and constraints to develop actionable strategies that optimize various factors such as in-store navigation, app experience, dasher compensation, and pricing strategies.

What you'll do Develop strategic plans to effectively serve Dashers, merchants, and consumers within the marketplace.
Manage tracking dashboards and monitor weekly metrics to ensure high-quality operations.
Create and implement operational experiments and product features that influence delivery dynamics, order management, and in-app promotions.
Utilize Excel and SQL to build models that assess the economic and operational impacts of various initiatives, incorporating AI to enhance analysis.
Employ AI tools to streamline manual tasks, prototype new ideas, and create product visions, sharing insights with the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in growth, quality, finance, product, analytics, and engineering to drive initiatives to completion.
Oversee key metrics related to Dashers or Consumers, taking responsibility for the success of various performance indicators.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and US Logistics teams to share insights and scale successful strategies.
Requirements Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach, avoiding conventional thinking.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude toward building initiatives from the ground up.
Experience in operations, with a focus on understanding and addressing challenges effectively.




Proficiency in data analysis, including complex SQL queries and experience with data visualization tools.
Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new technologies to enhance productivity and analysis.
Comfort in navigating undefined roles and a desire to help shape the position as it evolves.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in high-performing environments such as tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or startups.
A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
Compensation The salary for this role ranges from $97,000 to $121,000 CAD, determined by factors such as skills, relevant experience, and specific work location. In addition to the base salary, there are opportunities for equity grants.
