We are currently looking for an experienced Red Seal RV Service Technician to join our Service Team at our Abbotsford, BC dealership. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a supportive team environment.
Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on RV experience) plus benefits
What You’ll Do As a Red Seal RV Service Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and customer-ready.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnosing and repairing RV electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, water, and appliance systems
Performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on RV components and systems
Troubleshooting slide-outs, leveling systems, wiring, and other RV features
Repairing or replacing faulty parts and components
Installing and upgrading RV accessories and systems, including solar panels, hitches, wiring, and aftermarket products
Repairing RV appliances such as refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, air conditioners, stoves, and microwaves
Completing service documentation and repair records accurately
Communicating professionally with customers regarding repairs and maintenance recommendations
Following safety standards and ensuring all work meets quality expectations
Maintaining a clean and organized work workplace
What We’re Looking For Red Seal Certification preferred
3+ years of hands-on experience as an RV Technician or in a related trade such as automotive,



mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, trailer repair, or similar service environments
Candidates with strong transferable troubleshooting and repair experience are encouraged to apply
RV Technician Certification completed or in progress is considered an asset
Experience with RV and trailer repairs preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience with vehicle hitches, towing systems, and wiring is an asset
Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work Saturdays during peak season
