What you'll do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Assist in the design and development of product features, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet quality standards.
Participate in user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights, and make recommendations for product improvements.
Help maintain and update product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery of product updates.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for recent features and enhancements.




Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
Support the product launch process by preparing marketing materials and training resources for internal teams.
Engage with customers to understand their experiences and gather feedback for future product iterations.
Assist in the creation of wireframes and prototypes to visualize product concepts and workflows.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product development or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative team setting.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence,



or similar project management software.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with design tools like Sketch or Figma is a plus.
Nice to have Experience in the sports or recreation industry, as Tractionrec specializes in solutions for this sector.
Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to facilitate better communication with developers.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support product decision-making.
Previous internship or co-op experience in product management or development.
A passion for sports and recreation, which will enhance your understanding of our target audience.
Skills & tools Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
