Drive adult education initiatives as the Program Coordinator for Adult Basic Education in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Oversee program development, delivery, and budgeting to meet client needs and enrollment targets.
In this leadership role, you will report directly to the VP, Academic, while managing Basic Education programs in your designated area. Your focus will be on planning, organizing, and promoting educational offerings, ensuring alignment with the College's objectives and community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and budget for Basic Education programs
• Organize and develop educational materials and curriculum
• Monitor and guide program delivery and enrollment
• Evaluate program effectiveness and client satisfaction
• Promote Adult Basic Education across the community
Requirements:
• Experience in education program management
• Solid leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to meet enrollment and client service goals
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Familiarity with adult learning principles
