Channel Associate at Euna About the role Euna is seeking a dedicated Channel Associate to join our dynamic team in Oakville, Ontario. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our channel partnerships, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with partners, analyzing performance metrics, and driving initiatives that contribute to the overall success of our channel strategy.

What you'll do Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure alignment with Euna's goals and objectives.
Analyze channel performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support channel partners in driving sales and engagement.
Assist in onboarding current channel partners, providing them with the necessary training and resources to succeed.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to channel sales, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between channel partners and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular check-ins with partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.




Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Euna and build relationships with potential partners.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of channel processes, best practices, and partner resources.
Support the management of partner agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that may impact channel partnerships.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in channel management, partner relations, or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with channel partners and driving sales growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing partner relationships and performance metrics.




Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have Experience in the technology or software industry, particularly in a channel sales environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools that can enhance partner engagement.
Knowledge of contract negotiation and management processes.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
Understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics within the industry.
Skills & tools Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to assess channel performance.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as needed.
Practical notes This position is based in Oakville, Ontario, and may require occasional travel to meet with partners or attend industry events.
