What you'll do Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our automotive solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective follow-up strategies.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and expand our network.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success.

Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet with clients and attend events.
Nice to have Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance sales efforts.

Previous experience in a B2B sales environment, particularly in the automotive sector.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus.
