What you'll do Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including workshops, conferences, networking gatherings, and community outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all events are well-organized and effectively promoted.
Manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately.
Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and speakers to secure the best possible arrangements for each event.
Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audio-visual requirements, and attendee registration.
Develop promotional materials and utilize social media and other channels to maximize event attendance and engagement.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and gather feedback for future improvements.




Foster relationships with community stakeholders, sponsors, and participants to enhance collaboration and support for future events.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or non-profit environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
