What you'll do Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality platform features.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications and requirements, translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly features.
Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and user needs, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
Work closely with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Analyze product performance metrics and user engagement data to inform decision-making and optimize product offerings.




Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on product vision and progress.
Act as a product evangelist, presenting product updates and strategies to internal teams and external partners.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the development of best practices within the product management team.

Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or media sectors.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing platform products from concept to market.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.




Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
A user-centric mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Skills & tools Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana for project tracking and collaboration.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to measure product performance.
Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies, including familiarity with APIs and cloud services.
