What you'll do Design and implement robust data pipelines to facilitate the collection, storage, and processing of large datasets from various sources.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Optimize existing data architectures for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing.
Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing validation checks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, architectures, and systems to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy and manage data solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Conduct data modeling and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis and reporting.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering to continuously improve our data practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data engineering within the organization.

Troubleshoot and resolve data‑related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.




Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases, as well as familiarity with NoSQL databases.
Hands‑on experience with data pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their data solutions.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
Nice to have Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Previous experience in a startup environment or fast‑paced tech company.
Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
