Senior Total Rewards Specialist at Hootsuite.
About the role This position manages the administration and ongoing development of global mobility and benefits programs. You will act as a primary advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners while ensuring all compensation and reward initiatives remain compliant and competitive.

What you'll do Direct the rollout of international benefit programs including retirement, health, welfare, and wellbeing initiatives.
Analyze existing benefit structures and propose improvements based on market data and organizational goals.
Manage vendor transitions, renewals, and project delivery for perks-related initiatives.
Oversee global mobility programs such as permanent relocation, short-term assignments, and business travel.
Serve as the main point of contact for mobility inquiries from employees, leadership, and the People team.
Maintain relationships with brokers, insurers, and consultants to benchmark program performance.
Develop resources and documentation to support Talent Acquisition and People Partners.
Coordinate with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and reconciliation.
Assist with annual compensation cycles including pay equity, promotions, and merit increases.
Mentor junior team members on mobility and benefits workflows.
Requirements Bachelors degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep knowledge of global benefits and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with global mobility policies, processes, and basic immigration, tax, and social security procedures.
Ability to explain complex concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and logical decision-making.
Salary range: $78,400 to $109,800 CAD.
Nice to have CEBS designation.
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant status or progress toward it.
