What you'll do Oversee comprehensive planning and execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring projects align with broader business objectives while maintaining rigorous quality benchmarks throughout the development lifecycle.
Establish and continuously improve team workflows including sprint cadences, technical architecture reviews, peer code evaluations, and retrospective sessions that drive iterative improvement.
Partner closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to shape and execute technical strategy that supports company‑wide growth ambitions.
Collaborate extensively with Product Management and Design counterparts to guarantee engineering efforts remain tightly coupled with user needs and market requirements.
Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers to engineering candidates who will strengthen team capabilities.
Design and implement thorough onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity and integration into team dynamics.
Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to engineers at various career stages,

Requirements Minimum of five years building full‑stack software applications, with preference given to candidates who have operated within fintech ecosystems or business‑to‑business software‑as‑a‑service environments.
Between one and three years of direct people management experience, including responsibility for performance evaluations, career development conversations, and team dynamics.
Demonstrated technical depth with a proven history of shipping polished, production‑ready products that deliver measurable user value.
Sophisticated understanding of how to weigh competing priorities such as technical debt remediation, feature scope adjustments, and aggressive delivery schedules.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities that enable effective collaboration across functions and organizational levels.
Track record of leveraging AI‑powered tools and assistants to streamline workflows, solve complex engineering challenges, and multiply team effectiveness.
