BrokerLink seeks a full-time advisor to join its Ajax, ON office. This role requires a minimum of one year in personal insurance and proficiency in handling multiple priorities effectively. As a key team member, you will advise clients, quote new business, and retain existing accounts, all while fostering lasting relationships in a respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Service ongoing client needs and conduct needs assessments
• Sell new policies and retain an existing book of business
• Quote new business through outbound initiatives and inquiries




• Prepare documentation for insurers and issue insurance certificates
• Actively participate in training and community marketing initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of personal insurance experience
• Valid RIBO License preferred
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
• Exposure to Epic is an asset
