What you’ll do As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver full-cycle recruitment across assigned business areas. You will support workforce planning, build sourcing strategies, advise leaders on market conditions, and guide hiring teams through intake, sourcing, interviews, selection, offers and candidate communication. You will use data, process discipline and strong relationship management to keep hiring moving while creating a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a practical, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition skilled with 5-7 years of recruitment experience. You are comfortable advising managers, managing multiple requisitions, sourcing passive talent and navigating changing priorities. You bring sound judgment, curiosity and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to balance business needs, candidate care and recruitment compliance. You’ll also need 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop and execute hiring strategies that deliver business outcomes. Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, talent mapping, and proactive candidate outreach. Demonstrated experience leveraging the Indeed platform, including candidate sourcing,
sponsored job campaigns, recruitment marketing strategies, and performance analytics to attract and engage qualified talent. Ability to manage requisitions from intake through offer, including interview planning, candidate assessment, selection support, and stakeholder communication. Understanding of inclusive hiring practices, employment legislation, and recruitment compliance requirements. Experience using an ATS or HRIS; Workday experience is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and other digital tools to streamline recruitment activities, automate administrative tasks, improve productivity, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. Comfortable using recruitment analytics, labor market insights, and digital technologies to inform sourcing strategies and drive continuous process improvement. Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
