What you'll do Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored automotive solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our automotive offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our product value.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our sales strategy.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote 401auto's products and services.
Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success in the automotive sales landscape.
Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Nice to have Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media and email marketing.

Knowledge of the local automotive market and customer demographics in Sudbury, Ontario.
