Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome new health and dental clients with tailored onboarding
• Build trusted relationships through proactive outreach
• Educate clients on maximizing benefit utilization




• Identify opportunities for plan enhancements and additional solutions
• Collaborate with teams to advocate for optimal client experiences

Requirements:
• 3 to 5+ years in client sales or advisory roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Insurance, health benefits, or financial services experience preferred
• Must obtain Alberta Life and Accident & Sickness Insurance License
• Post-secondary education is preferred
