What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications that process and analyze health data efficiently.
Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex health data requirements into functional software features.
Implement robust data pipelines that ensure the integrity and reliability of health data across various platforms.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
Optimize existing software solutions for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to health data and software engineering, applying best practices to your work.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on health data or related domains.




Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with a strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with data storage solutions, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have Experience in the healthcare industry or working with health data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for data analysis and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for building user interfaces that interact with health data applications.
Previous experience in Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant software engineering work.
