What you'll do Develop and implement comprehensive quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to monitor adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Analyze quality control data and prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Train and mentor team members on quality control processes, fostering a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
Review and approve materials and equipment to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in conducting inspections and audits on construction sites.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in quality control or assurance (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is preferred.
