Spinwell Global is on the lookout for an Analytics & AI Lead to become an integral part of our team in a permanent capacity. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring the selected candidate to work onsite in Kilburn for three days each week. The individual in this role will be pivotal in advancing our analytics capabilities, particularly within the public sector, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients.

What you'll do Lead the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of analytics products, focusing on the use of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
Direct the product roadmap for analytics projects, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the organization and the requirements of stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, driving the evolution of analytics solutions.
Analyze market trends and user needs to inform product development and feature enhancements.
Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives and report findings to senior management.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the analytics team.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to present analytics solutions and gather requirements for future projects.
Stay updated on industry advancements in analytics and AI, integrating best practices into our offerings.
Requirements At least 5 years of experience in the fields of analytics and artificial intelligence, demonstrating a strong understanding of the domain.
A solid background in product management, particularly in the context of developing analytics solutions that drive business value.




Extensive experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud and related technologies, showcasing a depth of knowledge in these tools.
Exceptional communication abilities, enabling the translation of complex technical concepts into understandable terms for varied audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, capable of navigating challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
Nice to have Previous experience in the public sector, providing insights into the unique challenges and requirements of this space.
Familiarity with additional analytics tools and platforms, broadening the scope of potential solutions offered.
Understanding of data governance and compliance issues, particularly as they relate to analytics in the public sector.
Skills & tools Proficient in Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, with a strong grasp of their functionalities and applications.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, enabling effective communication of insights derived from data.
Strong analytical capabilities, emphasizing a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python, enhancing the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
Practical notes Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for CTC security clearance, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations.
