What you’ll do Lead the retail team in implementing Mejuri's Steps of Selling to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
Monitor and drive performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, units sold per hour, sales per hour, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Actively promote in-store services, including piercing and engraving, to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations teams to carry out monthly inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment for in-store purchases, phone orders, and Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) transactions.
Maintain high standards of organization for inventory, packaging, and supplies while implementing strategies to reduce product loss.
Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, manage promotional signage, and maintain the integrity of display fixtures.
Assist in the onboarding process for new staff, provide training, create schedules, and conduct performance evaluations to foster team development.
Requirements Proven experience in financial management, including skills in reporting, payroll budgeting, and controlling expenses.
A track record of effectively coaching, motivating, and leading teams in a retail environment.




Strong understanding of customer service excellence and the ability to implement high standards in a retail setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Capability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
Nice to have Previous leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment, demonstrating the ability to manage large teams effectively.
Experience in launching a recent store location, showcasing your ability to handle the complexities of a new retail setup.
Background in a startup or rapidly growing company, providing insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in such settings.
Skills & tools Proficiency in point-of-sale systems to facilitate transactions and manage sales data.
Familiarity with inventory management software to track stock levels and optimize inventory control.
