You will work closely with students to clarify goals, design intentional academic experiences, and connect their liberal arts education to career pathways. This engaging role emphasizes effective learning strategies, self-awareness, and collaboration with various campus partners for student readiness and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized coaching to empower academic success
• Guide students in career exploration and readiness




• Teach success courses including life design and well-being
• Collaborate with faculty on academic support initiatives
• Utilize Navigate360 to manage student progress

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Higher Education or related field
• Experience coaching or advising college students
• Ability to engage diverse student populations
• Familiarity with academic success frameworks
• Commitment to student-centered support
