What you'll do Lead the comprehensive execution of projects, starting from the initial planning phase and continuing through to the final delivery and evaluation.
Serve as a liaison between different departments to guarantee that project objectives are achieved within the designated timelines.
Continuously assess project health by identifying potential risks and proactively implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Monitor progress against predetermined milestones, providing regular status updates to relevant stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
Manage the allocation of resources effectively, ensuring that all project documentation is organized and accessible for operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Conduct regular project meetings to facilitate discussions, address challenges, and celebrate milestones with team members.
Utilize project management tools to track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure accountability among team members.




Analyze project outcomes and gather feedback to inform future projects and improve processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and risk management plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas and solutions from team members.
Requirements A solid background in project management, particularly within a software or technology context, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a robust emphasis on achieving measurable outcomes and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with various project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and experience using project tracking tools.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
Nice to have Certification in project management, such as PMP,



PRINCE2, or similar credentials.
Experience working in the healthcare or home care industry, providing insight into specific challenges and needs.
Knowledge of software development processes and an understanding of technical terminology.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate project performance.
Experience in leading remote teams and managing virtual collaboration tools.
Skills & tools Proficiency in project management software, such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms, to facilitate project tracking and collaboration.
Strong skills in documentation and reporting tools to maintain clear and comprehensive project records.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
Competence in using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) to enhance team communication and engagement.
