What you'll do Design and oversee a comprehensive compliance monitoring program, which includes establishing testing schedules and reporting mechanisms to ensure adherence to regulations.
Act as the principal liaison with our sponsor bank, managing audits, examinations, and ensuring daily compliance alignment.
Analyze transaction and account data to identify compliance deficiencies or potential risk areas that may arise.
Conduct continuous testing, document findings, and communicate results to internal teams as well as banking partners to foster transparency.
Monitor remediation initiatives to guarantee that corrective measures are implemented and validated within the specified timeframes.
Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to embed compliance requirements into new product features and enhancements.
Revise internal controls in response to evolving regulations and guidance to maintain compliance integrity.
Enhance documentation and monitoring tools to support the company's growth trajectory and operational efficiency.
Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or a related field within the fintech, banking, or payments sectors.
Demonstrated capability to establish or manage a compliance testing or monitoring program effectively.




Experience interacting directly with regulatory bodies or banking partners, showcasing strong relationship management skills.
Proficiency in SQL, including advanced functionalities such as window functions, subqueries, joins, and data aggregations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance daily operational workflows and improve efficiency.
Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Nice to have Direct experience in managing relationships with sponsor banks or regulatory agencies, enhancing your ability to navigate compliance landscapes.
Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment, which can provide valuable insights into dynamic operational challenges.
