What you'll do Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, and product development, to create comprehensive launch plans.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning strategies.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery for launches.
Monitor and report on the performance of new products post-launch, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.




Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the launch process.
Create and maintain documentation related to product launches, including project plans, status reports, and post-launch evaluations.
Identify potential risks associated with product launches and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team workplace.
Engage with external partners and vendors to enhance launch strategies and execution.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve launch processes.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.




Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in Agile or Scrum being a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Nice to have Experience in the meal kit or food delivery industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Multilingual abilities, particularly in languages relevant to our customer base.
Skills & tools Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Practical notes This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and may require occasional travel to other locations for meetings or events.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and may require visa sponsorship.
