What you'll do Lead the development and execution of a robust demand generation strategy that encompasses both self-service product-led growth and sales-driven account-based marketing initiatives.
Enhance the speed of our sales pipeline by refining our approach to paid search, LinkedIn advertising, app store promotions, and social media, while exploring new avenues for customer acquisition.
Create and implement multifaceted marketing campaigns that focus on audience segmentation, creative content development, and effective lead nurturing processes.
Transition our focus towards generating demand at the early stages to boost overall conversion rates and efficiency.
Work closely with sales and customer experience teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with revenue objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
Mentor and grow a team of 2-3 marketing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Craft and execute a demand generation playbook tailored for international growth, with a particular emphasis on the EMEA market.
Utilize your expertise to assess and integrate AI and automation tools into our marketing workflows, enhancing productivity and response times.




Requirements A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong background in paid search, SEM, LinkedIn, and app store marketing strategies.
Proven track record of successfully managing both product-led growth initiatives for SMBs and account-based marketing strategies for mid‑market or enterprise clients.
Experience in overseeing comprehensive campaign architectures rather than focusing solely on individual tactics.
Technical proficiency in modern marketing technologies and AI applications relevant to the industry.
Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively across various departments and eliminate operational barriers.
Must be based in Toronto.
Nice to have Previous experience in managing demand generation efforts specifically for the EMEA region.
Familiarity with executing both product-led growth and sales‑led marketing strategies within the same organization.
Knowledge of account-based marketing platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
Understanding of the e‑commerce landscape, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.
Ability to write SQL or a history of working closely with marketing operations and analytics teams.
Skills & tools Expertise in paid search, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, paid social media, and app store optimisation.
Proficient in account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Experience with product‑led growth (PLG) methodologies.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and AI technologies.
SQL knowledge is preferred.
