AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide to support its mission of enhancing the well-being of seniors. You will work under the guidance of RN Case Managers, providing essential personal care, maintaining a clean environment, and addressing resident concerns. This position is vital in promoting trust, respect, and quality service within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident and family concerns effectively
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace for residents
• Report safety issues to the Client Service Supervisor




• Collaborate with agencies involved in resident care
• Engage in training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• Completion of Health Care Aide program with 500 hours
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
