What you'll do - Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine their mortgage needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance on various mortgage products, including fixed-rate, variable-rate, and specialized loans.
- Develop customized mortgage solutions that align with clients' financial goals and long-term plans.
- Collaborate with lenders to secure the best mortgage rates and terms for clients. - Prepare and present detailed mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements - A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage brokering or a related financial services role.
- Valid mortgage broker license in British Columbia or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and the overall real estate market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and industry professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and CRM systems to manage client data and streamline processes.
