What you'll do Lead the end-to-end implementation process for Euna's solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor our solutions to meet their needs effectively.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize our solutions effectively post-implementation.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics,
making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Identify potential risks and challenges during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Gather feedback from clients post-implementation to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in our processes and solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities, decisions, and client interactions for future reference and continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance the implementation process and contribute to the overall success of Euna.
Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships and promote customer retention.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software implementation workplace.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the implementation process are meticulously managed.
Nice to have Experience in the public sector or with government clients is a plus.
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) would be advantageous.
Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in a technology or software company.
Skills & tools Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to track project performance metrics.
Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as needed for project success.
Practical notes This role is based in Oakville, Ontario, and may require occasional travel to client sites.
