What you’ll do Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring that all phases are executed effectively and efficiently.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and updated, providing a explicit record of project activities and decisions.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
