Campaign Operations Associate at Broadsign Careers About the role Broadsign is expanding its Sales Organization with the addition of a Campaign Operations Associate. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our programmatic advertising technology, particularly with the integration of the Place Exchange SSP.

What you'll do Collaborate in daily AdOps meetings to align on strategies, review ongoing actions, and communicate through automated channels.
Create and oversee custom dashboards using Looker or similar tools to monitor the health of campaigns from pre-launch through execution.
Analyze complex delivery issues to identify their origins, resolving them directly or escalating as necessary.
Examine system configurations and parameter values in the code to anticipate needs and work closely with Engineering, Product, and Services teams.
Lead at least one technical project that aligns with your interests and the needs of the Broadsign platform.
Requirements 2-4 years of experience in Ad Tech, preferably with a background in aither SSP or DSP environments.
Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex system signals and bid-stream data; proficiency in SQL or Looker logic is essential.
A problem-solving mindset with an interest in applying AI, machine learning, or automated processes to enhance operational workflows.
A cooperative approach, thriving in team settings, and capable of effectively communicating with engineering, product, external partners, and clients.
Nice to have Experience with automated prompt engineering.

Practical notes The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, with variations based on experience, skills, and location.
