What you'll do Lead the product development lifecycle for Unified Communications solutions, from ideation through to launch and beyond.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications and ensure alignment with market needs and company strategy.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Unified Communications space.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to create a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights,



ensuring that products meet user expectations and drive satisfaction.
Monitor product performance post-launch, using analytics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives and timely delivery of projects.
Act as a product evangelist, communicating the value and benefits of Unified Communications solutions both internally and externally.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Nureva's offerings competitive and innovative.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet project goals.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the product team.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or communications sector.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products, with a focus on Unified Communications or related technologies.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Familiarity with user experience design principles and methodologies is an advantage.

Knowledge of VoIP technologies and video conferencing solutions.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics tools.
Understanding of cloud-based communication platforms and their integration into business workflows.
Skills & tools Proficiency in product management software and tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard).
Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing.
Ability to create compelling presentations and product documentation.
Practical notes This position is based in Kanata, Ontario, and may require occasional travel for customer engagements or industry events.
