What you’ll do Develop and monitor essential performance indicators for the businesses of your merchants.
Cultivate and manage relationships with restaurant partners in your assigned region, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Refine sales messaging and enhance strategies for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
Maintain consistent communication with merchants through phone and email to assist in their growth.
Conduct quarterly evaluations to showcase achievements and identify areas for enhancement.
Work proactively to reduce churn rates and support the launch of new restaurant locations.
Serve as an advocate for merchants' interests within the company to ensure their goals are prioritized.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover new growth avenues for your partners.
Requirements At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles with a focus on sales.
Demonstrated success in surpassing sales performance targets for a minimum of 2 years.
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a vibrant personality.
Capacity to understand customer needs and customize solutions accordingly.
Comfortable working in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to excel in ambiguous situations.
Skilled in leveraging data to guide decisions and proficient in sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps).
Background in enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and product usage.




Familiarity with operational processes and the ability to communicate them effectively.
A sense of ownership and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
Nice to have Previous experience in the food delivery or logistics sector.
Skills & tools Proficiency in Salesforce
Experience with Outreach
Knowledge of Sales Navigator
Familiarity with Google Apps
Practical notes The hourly wage for this position ranges from $42.30 to $52.90 CAD, depending on your location and level of experience.
