Operational Excellence Specialist at Mejuri About the role Mejuri is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist for a 6-month contract to identify and resolve inefficiencies within our fulfillment and retail back-of-house operations. You will implement data-backed solutions to improve quality, reduce waste, and streamline processes across our global network. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement and integrating automation and AI tools into our daily workflows.

Engagement: 6-month contract, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $62,500 - $84,650 per annum

What you'll do Design and execute projects to boost productivity and lower costs in warehouse and retail settings.
Standardize fulfillment operations to ensure consistent best practices across all locations.
Create and manage performance metrics, training materials, and process documentation.
Promote a culture of safety and change management by applying lean methodologies.
Collaborate with various departments to test and refine recent warehousing workflows.
Manage mid-sized projects, including peak season preparation and end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate meetings and project sessions for diverse groups.
Utilize AI tools to build operational utilities, automate reporting,



and deploy agents to improve performance.
Requirements Analytical background with the ability to identify root causes, trends, and operational friction points.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end fulfillment, including inbound receiving, quality checks, picking, packing, and returns.
Proven track record in process improvement, including building reporting and measuring the impact of changes.
Experience conducting time studies, designing pilot solutions, and validating hypotheses before implementation.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Google Suite, and Excel.
Ability to explain complex procedures clearly to various stakeholders.
Experience in operations, such as warehousing, transport, or fulfillment.
Willingness to learn and integrate AI tools into daily tasks.
Nice to have Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., L6S Belt).
Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
