Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise building managers and maintenance teams
• Assist in hiring and training current personnel




• Manage residential advertisement campaigns for vacancies
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and tenant documentation
• Audit financial statements and monitor rent collections

Requirements:
• 2+ years in a supervisory role required
• Previous experience as a Resident Manager preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
