In this full-time leadership role located in Toronto, Ontario, you will manage a team of product managers while ensuring alignment with company goals. Your responsibilities include establishing product vision, collaborating across departments, and using data to prioritize investments while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish product vision, roadmap, and OKRs aligned with company goals
• Create experiences incorporating digital tools and human services
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams




• Manage full product lifecycle using contemporary SDLC methodologies
• Mentor a team of product managers for high performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of product management experience
• At least 2 years leading SaaS product teams
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Background in growth-stage SaaS environments
