About the role Fispan is seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market Manager to join our innovative team in Vancouver, British Columbia. What you'll do Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with Fispan's business objectives and market opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics that inform product positioning and messaging.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that product features and enhancements are aligned with market demands and customer feedback.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of marketing campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and product launches to maximize market impact.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to foster collaboration and ensure alignment.
Create compelling sales collateral, presentations,
and training materials to equip the sales team with the tools they need to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously refine and improve go-to-market strategies and product offerings.
Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to ensure Fispan remains competitive and innovative in its approach.
Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote Fispan's solutions and enhance brand visibility.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the go-to-market team.
Prepare regular reports for senior management that summarize market insights, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or a related role within the technology or fintech sectors.
Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving market adoption in a competitive landscape.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, as well as data analysis software.
Solid understanding of financial services, banking, and fintech trends.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have Experience in a leadership role within a go-to-market team.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.
Previous experience in customer success or sales roles within the fintech industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages relevant to Fispan's target markets.
Skills & tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Google Analytics.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Understanding of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Practical notes This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and may require occasional travel for industry events or client meetings.
