What you'll do Develop and execute comprehensive training programs that focus on technical operations, safety protocols, compliance requirements, and onboarding processes for new systems.
Organize and lead training sessions, handling all logistical aspects such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant tracking.
Keep meticulous records of employee certifications, training progress, and competency assessments to ensure that all staff members are adequately prepared for their roles.
Oversee the creation, revision, and systematic organization of technical documentation, including operational procedures and work instructions.
Collaborate closely with engineering, human resources, and safety teams to ensure that training materials and knowledge repositories are up-to-date and relevant.
Modify vendor training materials for internal application and future training sessions, ensuring they meet the specific needs of our teams.
Identify opportunities for enhancing knowledge sharing and improving the clarity of documentation to facilitate better understanding among team members.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and provide support to employees seeking to enhance their skills.




Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and qualified growth.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the development and delivery of training programs.
Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to strategic planning for training initiatives.
Requirements A diploma or degree in education, communications, technical operations, or a related discipline is required.
At least 3 years of experience in roles related to technical operations support, documentation management, or training coordination is essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are a must.
Demonstrated experience in managing records and overseeing documentation processes.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
Capability to work autonomously while collaborating with subject matter experts to develop training materials.
Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain a CGP security clearance, which is necessary for this position.
Nice to have Previous experience in the aerospace, telecommunications, or space segment operations sectors would be advantageous.
Familiarity with document control systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Proficiency in using tools such as SharePoint, Jama, and other internal collaboration platforms would be beneficial.
Skills & tools Expertise in designing training programs tailored to technical operations.
Strong skills in documentation management and technical writing.
Proficient in utilizing LMS platforms for effective training delivery.
Familiarity with Jama for managing documentation and project workflows.
Experience with SharePoint for collaboration and document sharing.
