About the role Thinkingbox is hiring an intermediate Designer to join our Toronto office.
You will focus on building brand identities and digital experiences while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of makers.

What you’ll do Produce visual assets for digital, brand, and experiential projects.
Build and maintain brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
Convert creative concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity visual outputs.
Design user interfaces that prioritize both accessibility and usability.
Present design rationale to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with developers, strategists, and producers to ensure project goals are met.
Manage multiple design deliverables simultaneously to meet project deadlines.
Document design processes and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements 2-4 years of professional experience in digital, graphic, brand, or experiential design.
Bachelor degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Portfolio showing work in visual systems, brand identity,



and digital experiences.
Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and layout.
Experience with UI/UX principles and digital prototyping.
Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts.
Nice to have Experience in motion design.
Illustration skills.
Previous work experience in a start-up environment.

Practical notes In-office attendance is required Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote day.
