The role bridges technical operations, subcontracted operations, client management, asset performance and strategic expansion in Ireland and the UK.Leadership & Team OversightProvide leadership to the Solar O&M and Heating TeamsMaintain and enhance operational structures, reporting, and accountabilitySupport recruitment and development of team capabilities.Service DeliveryOversee solar PV O&M, EPC troubleshooting, and heating installation and maintenance activitiesEnsure service quality and operational efficiency in line with client requirements.Asset Performance ManagementAnalyse performance data from PPA and client-owned solar assetsIdentify underperformance and optimisation opportunitiesProduce clear, client-friendly performance reportsManage and track all company assets.Commercial & Client EngagementAct as primary contact for key clientsLead pricing, proposals,



and contract negotiationsDrive service revenue and identify new opportunitiesTrack timely invoicing including internal departmental charges.Business Growth & ExpansionSupport expansion and service development in Ireland and the UKIdentify current business opportunitiesIdentify and establish new supply chain partnerships.Process ImprovementImplement reporting standards and dashboardsImprove communication between teams and stakeholders.QualificationsThird-level qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Building Services, Business Management, or a related discipline.Professional qualifications in project management, operations management, or renewable energy are desirable.Proven experience in operations management within the renewable energy, building services, utilities, or construction sectors.Strong knowledge of solar PV operations and maintenance, heating systems, asset performance management, and service delivery.Experience managing client relationships, commercial contracts, pricing, and service proposals.Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and supporting business growth and operational expansion.Experience in supplier management, supply chain development,
