and third-party engineering providersDrive continuous improvement of third-party engineering performance by investigating issues and implementing process enhancementsSupport engineering resourcing strategies and ensure optimal allocation of internal and external resourcesHold engineering teams accountable for schedule, cost (effort hours), and quality; elevate risks and implement mitigation plansLead third-party engineering sourcing, including scope development, bid evaluation, and vendor selection recommendationsCollaborate across engineering disciplines and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and align design decisionsEnsure engineering deliverables meet specifications, codes, and standards, resolving cross-discipline conflictsCoordinate Engineering Effort Hour Estimates (EHEs) and maintain engineering schedules to support project executionDevelop and maintain project engineering schedules in support of Project Controls Team membersYour SkillsKnowledge of complex oil and gas design engineering concepts, practices, and procedures; including the interdependencies, methodologies and responsibilities of the varying design engineering disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Piping, CSA, Electrical and Instrumentation).
